These photos were posted on shanghaistylefile.com. According to the blog, the Chinese mother and her toddler were spotted on Easter Sunday in Shanghai’s family-friendly ‘Fuxing Park’. The mother thought it was fun to light up cigarette for her baby. This is disturbing!
