9016454_origA 38-year-old woman is facing a charge of disorderly conduct as a result of a June 2 incident in Buford.

Police were dispatched to the area of Gold Creek Way and Thomas Hill Drive in response to a report of a woman, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, walking down the street. The woman, the complainant advised, was “talking to herself, staggering around and kicking their ball down the street.”

An officer located the woman standing in the middle of the roadway.

“As I stopped my patrol car, the female began waving her hands in the area [sic] and exposing her breasts,” the officer noted in the report.

The female then reportedly approached the patrol car and identified herself as Angela Warren.

When asked what she was doing, Warren reportedly said she was playing ball with some children down the street.

“Warren then grabbed her pink t-shirt up and exposed her breasts again in front of me,” the officer wrote. “I advised her to put her shirt down and she complied.”

Warren, according to the report, then walked over to the patrol car, bent over the hood and placed her hands behind her back before telling the officer to go ahead and arrest her.

“I then asked her if she was under the influence of any drug or narcotic and she stated, ‘No, I’ve been clean for several years.’ While I was speaking with Warren, she pulled her shirt up several times exposing her breasts,” the report stated.

Due to her seemingly intoxicated condition and her repeated indecent condition, the officer placed her under arrest for disorderly conduct (section 74-4 of the Gwinnett County Ordinance) and transported her to the Gwinnett County Jail. She was released the following day on a $125 bond.
